  • a visible light transmitting base plate member;

    a visible light transparent overcoat layer formed on said base plate member, said layer including a material selected from the group consisting of an ultraviolet-setting resin and a thermosetting resin; and

    a visible light transparent electroconductive film formed on said overcoat layer, including a material selected from the group consisting of an ultraviolet-setting resin and a thermosetting resin, and further including ultra-fine particles of indium-tin oxide dispersed therein, said ultra-fine particles having a particle size of 0.1 μ
