1. A method of suturing a wound which comprises:
- a) passing through tissue needled suture manufactured from a polyetherimide ester composition with comprises the reaction product ofi) at least one low molecular weight diol;
ii) at least one dicarboxylic acid; and
iii) at least one polyoxyalkylene diimide diacid;
to create wound closure; and
b) removing the needle from said suture.
