Surgical adhesive sheet, surgical instruments and methods of using the same
First Claim
1. A surgical adhesive sheet, comprisinga sheet material comprising at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of polyurethane resins, silicone resins and fluorine-containing resins, coated witha surgical adhesive comprising an NCO-terminated urethane prepolymer having a free isocyanate group content of 2-10% by weight, wherein said sheet is anhydrous or contains water in an amount insufficient to crosslink the prepolymer.

Abstract
A sheet material, coated with a surgical adhesive comprising an NCO-terminated urethane prepolymer, is used for bonding of tissues, with improved handleability.
Surgical instruments, comprising a non-adherent material towards an NCO-terminated urethane prepolymer, are used for application of surgical adhesive. Such instruments, comprising a rod tapered so that the tip can be partly inserted into blood vessel, are suitable for anastomosis of blood vessel.
