1. An elongated flexible catheter for supplying perfusion liquid to a bodily vessel having an orifice, the catheter comprising:

  • a body having a proximal end, a distal end receivable in a vessel by way of the vessel orifice, and an infusion lumen formed within the body and extending between the proximal end and the distal end;

    at least one infusion lumen outlet at the catheter distal end for discharge of liquid from the lumen;

    a radially expandable sealing member surrounding the body proximally of the outlet, the sealing member being receivable in the orifice in its unexpanded state and expandable into engagement with a vessel wall to form a seal of the orifice thereof;

    the sealing member including a plurality of spaced apart felt patches affixed to the outer surface of the sealing member to enhance the purchase between the vessel wall and the sealing member in the expanded state to resist removal of the distal end from the vessel and loss of the seal.
