Abstract

Oligonucleotide N-alkylphosphoramidates useful for combatting diseases by biochemical intervention at the RNA and DNA level are disclosed.

Claims

1. A compound of the formula:

R¹ and R² are each H

B¹ and B² are each thymine,

X is NH(CH₂)₃ CH₃,

Z is OH and n, m, p are each 1.
