1. A charge transfer device comprising:
- a charge transfer section for outputting a signal charge;
a correction voltage signal output circuit for voltage-converting the signal charge into a voltage and outputting a correction voltage signal;
a reference signal output circuit for outputting a reference signal of a predetermined voltage, the reference signal output circuit having a circuit constant substantially equal to a circuit constant of the correction voltage signal output circuit; and
a differential operational amplifying circuit for amplifying a difference between the correction voltage signal from the correction voltage signal output circuit and the reference signal from the reference signal output circuit and outputting the amplified difference, wherein the reference signal output circuit includes first and second source follower circuits coupled respectively to a differential amplifying circuit.
