1. A method for repairing an abdominal aortic aneurysm in an aorta having two iliac arteries associated therewith at an aortic bifurcation having an interior surface, comprising the steps of:
- (a) connecting an upper end of a tube to an expandable tubular member;
(b) disposing the tube and tubular member upon a first catheter having a first expandable, inflatable portion with the tubular member disposed upon the first expandable, inflatable portion;
(c) intraluminally delivering the tube, tubular member and first catheter to the aorta and disposing at least a portion of the tube within the abdominal aortic aneurysm;
(d) expanding the first expandable, inflatable portion of the first catheter to expand the tubular member to force the tubular member radially outwardly into contact with the aorta to secure the tubular member and at least a portion of the tube within the aorta; and
(e) securing a lower end of the tube within the aortic bifurcation, whereby the tube provides a fluid passageway through the abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Abstract
An aortic graft for intraluminal delivery to repair an abdominal aortic aneurysm is provided with at least one wire which is woven into the distal, or lower, end of the graft, which wire permits the distal end of the graft to conform to, and sealingly engage, within the aortic bifurcation region of the aneurysm.
