    X and Y, independently of one another, oxygen or sulfur;

    and the N-oxides of I and the agriculturally utilizable salts of I where these exist,excepting those compounds I where R2 is C1 -C4 -alkoxy and R1 and/orR3 is carboxyl, its salt, ester or amide.
