- (a) admitting orally into the human a dosage form comprising 10 nanograms to 1000 milligrams of an antiepileptic drug, which dosage form administers the antiepileptic drug from the dosage form by controlled-release kinetics, and wherein the dosage form is characterized by;
(b) a nonionic polymer film in the dosage form that substantially protects the antiepileptic drug from fluid of the gastrointestinal environment that contacts the dosage form.
