1. A light assembly mountable on a bar, said light assembly comprising:
- a base member;
a clamping member attached to said base member to removably secure said base member to the bar;
a lamp holding member releasably secured to said base member, said lamp holding member having a lamp receiving space defined by a flange extending from said lamp holding member;
an orientation securing mechanism formed between said base member and said lamp holding member to allow the alteration of the orientation of the lamp holder with respect to the base member;
two lamps releasably secured in said receiving space and arranged in a vertical orientation; and
a means to provide power to said lamp.

Abstract
The rotatable and mountable light assembly of the present invention includes a base member, the base member pivotally connected to a clamping member, the clamping member comprising a means to removably secure the base member to a bar; a lamp holding member releasably secured to the base member, the lamp holding member comprising a lamp receiving space, the lamp receiving space being of sufficient space to receive at least one individual lamp. The lamp holding member is capable of altering its orientation with regard to the base member such that the orientation of the lamp holding member vis-a-vis the clamping member may be altered; the single lamp residing in a portion of the receiving space, the lamp comprising a lens and a means to illuminate; and a means to provide power to the lamp.

a base member; a clamping member attached to said base member to secure said base member to the bar; a lamp holding member releasably secured to said base member, said lamp holding member having a lamp receiving space defined by a flange extending from said lamp holding member, said lamp holding member having a knurled surface adjacent said lamp receiving space, said lamp receiving space being of sufficient size to receive a lamp, said lamp holding member being capable of altering its orientation with regard to the base member; a lamp defining a boss extending therefrom, said boss having a knurled surface, said boss secured in said receiving space with said knurled surface on said boss engaging said knurled surface on said lamp holding member to allow the lamp to be rotated with respect to said lamp holding member and secured in a fixed position in said holding member; and a means to provide power to said lamp. - View Dependent Claims (7)
