1. An apparatus for controlling auxiliary equipment driven by an internal combustion engine of a vehicle, comprising:

  • a vehicle information collecting means for collecting information of operating conditions of the vehicle;

    a specific fuel consumption information collecting means for collecting information of a specific fuel consumption corresponding to an operating condition of the internal combustion engine of the vehicle; and

    an auxiliary equipment controlling means for controlling auxiliary equipment driven by the internal combustion engine in accordance with the vehicle information collected by said vehicle information collecting means and the specific fuel consumption information collected by said specific fuel consumption information collecting means.
