A curable composition which comprises a non-aqueous polymer dispersion comprising a particulate polymer dispersed in an organic solvent containing a dispersion stabilizer resin, the polymer being insoluble to the organic solvent and containing a fluoroalkyl group-containing (meth)acrylate as a monomer component;

  • a hydroxyl group-containing resin and at least one crosslinking agent selected from the group consisting of amino resins, tris(alkoxycarbonylamino)triazines, polyisocyanate compounds and blocked polyisocyanate compounds.
