1. An article of clothing comprising:
- a) a shirt having an interior and an exterior portion and adapted to be worn by a patient;
b) at least one permanent magnet attached to said shirt, each permanent magnet having a substantially thin structure and being magnetically oriented such that a preselected first polarity is directed to the interior of said shirt such that, when said shirt is worn by said patient, each permanent magnet contacts skin of the patient; and
,c) an adjustable flap secured to a collar of said shirt and holding one of said permanent magnets to contact, when said shirt is worn by a patient, an area of skin proximate to a sternum of said patient.

Abstract
A therapeutic clothing which directs a polarity of a permanent magnet into selected locations of the human to assist in healing of the human body. The permanent magnets are preferably thin members and are positioned to contact the skin of the user. The articles of clothing include a wide variety of apparel including: shirts, gloves, trousers, socks, brassieres, and kneepads.

4. An apparatus for treating human ailments comprising:

a) an article of clothing shaped as a shirt; b) at least two permanent magnets, each of said permanent magnets having a first pole and a second pole and being attached to said article of clothing such that, when said article of clothing is worn by the patient, said first pole contacts skin of said patient, a first of said permanent magnets positioned to contact a base of a neck of the patient, a second of said permanent magnets positioned to contact skin proximate to a sternum of the patient; and
,c) an adjustable flap secured to article of clothing and holding one of said permanent magnets to contact, when said article of clothing is worn by a patient, skin of said patient. - View Dependent Claims (5)
