1. A method in a computer system for determining the effect of consumptions over a period of time on one or more physiological parameters comprising:
- (a) correlating in a computer readable data structure consumable identifier(s) with data pertaining to the contents of said consumable(s);
(b) Correlating in a computer readable data structure said one or more consumable identifier(s) with the amount of consumable consumed and the time of consumption,(c) computationally resolving by computer readable program code physiological algorithms relating one or more physiological parameters to consumption using the correlated data of step (a) and step (b);
(d) providing advice on the effect of consumptions over a period of time on physiological parameters based on computational resolution of said physiological algorithms.

Abstract
A computer-assisted system and method for adjudging the effect of consumable intakes on physiological parameters is disclosed wherein a consumer records in a database a plurality of consumable identifiers identifiying consumables consumed, the amounts of each consumable consumed, times of consumption of each consumable, a plurality of physiological measurements and time of physiological measurements, and such information is computationally related to consumption information, such as nutritional information, linked to the consumable identifier in another database.
