1. A fluidized polymer suspension comprising:

  • a) cationic polysaccharide at a level of from about 10 to about 65 wt. % of the total fluidized polymer suspension,b) stabilizing agent selected from the group consisting of silica, mineral pigments, organic pigments, crosslinked polymers and copolymers of acrylic acid, cellulose ethers and mixtures thereof at a level of from about 0.5 to about 3 wt. % of the fluidized polymer suspension, andc) water-soluble polyol that is a non-solvent for the cationic polysaccharide at a level of from about 35 to about 90 wt.% of the fluidized polymer suspension, wherein the fluidized polymer suspension is a liquid suspension of particulate cationic polysaccharide in the water soluble polyol, and is stable against agglomeration for at least one week.
