1. A dithiocarbamyl compound of the formula ##STR12## wherein Q is ##STR13## R1 and R2 are each independently C1 -C30 n-alkyl, C3 -C30 branched alkyl, C3 -C12 cycloalkyl, C5 -C12 aryl, or C6 -C12 alkylaryl;
- R3 is C1 -C20 alkylene;
R4 is --R3 --C(O)--O--;
R5 and R6 are each independently hydrogen, C1 -C30 n-alkyl, C3 -C30 branched alkyl, C3 -C12 cycloalkyl, C5 -C12 aryl, or C6 -C12 alkylaryl;
R7 is C1 -C20 alkylene, optionally substituted with --OR5 or --COOH;
R8 is --R3 --C(O)--NR5 --;
m, n, and y are each, independently, 0, 1, 2 or 3.
