1. A combination of components that are joined together by mixing into a viscous mixture, comprising:

  • a first component comprising a number of pieces, with each of said first component pieces having a width and length, at least a majority of said first component pieces being a fibrous cellulosic material, said fibrous cellulosic material being elongated in which said lengths of said fibrous cellulosic material are at least greater than about 1000 microns;

    a second component comprising a number of pieces, with each of said component pieces having a width and a length and in which said widths of said first component pieces are greater than said widths of said second component pieces and wherein, when said first component and said second component are joined together by mixing, said second component substantially prevents agglomerating of said first component; and

    a viscous liquid carrier.
