1. A combination of components that are joined together by mixing into a viscous mixture, comprising:
- a first component comprising a number of pieces, with each of said first component pieces having a width and length, at least a majority of said first component pieces being a fibrous cellulosic material, said fibrous cellulosic material being elongated in which said lengths of said fibrous cellulosic material are at least greater than about 1000 microns;
a second component comprising a number of pieces, with each of said component pieces having a width and a length and in which said widths of said first component pieces are greater than said widths of said second component pieces and wherein, when said first component and said second component are joined together by mixing, said second component substantially prevents agglomerating of said first component; and
a viscous liquid carrier.

Abstract
A dispersal agent for preventing agglomerating of at least one component of a material is provided. In one embodiment, the dispersal agent is part of a porosity producing material and the dispersal agent eliminates or substantially prevents agglomeration of the porosity producing material. In one embodiment, the porosity producing material is fibrous cellulous. Such fibrous cellulose may be part of a porosity producing material, which is part of a propellant composition. The propellant composition can be used in an inflator housed in a vehicle.

12. A combination of components that are joined together by mixing into a viscous mixer, comprising:
-
a first component comprising a number of pieces, with each of said first component pieces having a width and a length; a second component comprising a number of pieces, with each of said second component pieces having a width and a length and in which said widths of said first component pieces are greater than said widths of said second component pieces and wherein, when said first component and said second component are joined together by mixing, said second component substantially prevents agglomerating of said first component; and a viscous liquid carrier, said viscous liquid carrier including a solution of about 10%-30% by weight of hydroxypropylcellulose and about 90%-70% by weight of one of alcohol and alcohol-water azeotrope.

13. A method for preventing agglomerating of a material, comprising:
-
providing a first material having a number of pieces, each of said pieces having a width and a length, with at least a majority of said pieces being elongated and said lengths of said majority of pieces being at least four times greater than said widths of said majority of pieces; providing a second material, different from said material, having a number of pieces, each of said pieces having a width and a length, said widths of said first component pieces being greater than said widths of said second component pieces; providing a viscous liquid carrier; and forming a mixture of said first and second materials and said viscous liquid carrier and in which said forming step includes substantially preventing said first component pieces from agglomerating using said second component pieces. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15, 16, 17, 18)
