1. A method for diagnosing a disorder characterized by expression of a leukemia associated polypeptide, comprising:
- contacting a biological sample isolated from a subject with an agent that binds the leukemia associated polypeptide, wherein the leukemia associated polypeptide is a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO;
2, SEQ ID NO;
4, SEQ ID NO;
6, SEQ ID NO;
8 and fragments thereof anddetermining binding between the leukemia associated polypeptide and the agent as a determinant of the disorder.
