A method of operating a power station plant including a gas-turbine group, a waste-heat steam generator connected downstream of the gas-turbine group, and a steam circuit connected downstream of the waste-heat steam generator, the gas-turbine group comprising at least one compressor unit having at least one intercooler, at least one combustion chamber, at least one turbine, and at least one generator or a load, the exhaust gases from the last turbine flowing through the waste-heat steam generator, in which the generation of at least one portion of steam is effected for the operation of at least one steam turbine belonging to the steam circuit, comprising:

  • turning a portion of condensate collected from the last steam turbine into a medium in the intercooler;

    introducing the medium into the gas-turbine group; and

    directing make-up water into the condensate upstream of the intercooler.
