    about 13% by weight of an alcoholic, aqueous, or hydroalcoholic extract of rosemary about 5.2% by weight of an alcoholic, aqueous, hydroalcoholic or supercritical carbon dioxide extract of Chinese goldthread;

    about 5.2% by weight of an alcoholic, aqueous, hydroalcoholic or supercritical carbon dioxide extract of barbeny; and

    about 2.6% by weight of an alcoholic, aqueous, hydroalcoholic or supercritical carbon dioxide extract of scutellariae.
