    O—

    , —

    S—

    , or —

    NH—

    , a is from about 2 to about 10, b is from about 3 to about 20, c is from about 2 to about 20, and R is H or an aliphatic group containing 1 to about 4 carbon atoms;

    and the fluoroacrylate polymer has the five repeating units 1 to 5 as shown in Formula 2, said repeating units occurring in random distribution, wherein;

    each R2 is independently hydrogen or an aliphatic group having from 1 to about 4 carbon atoms, each R3 is independently an alkylene group having from 1 to about 8 carbon atoms, each R4 is independently an aliphatic group having from 1 to about 20 carbon atoms, each R5 is independently a short chain alkylene group having from 1 to about 4 carbon atoms, Rf
