1. A method for adjusting the angular orientation of a first device to a second device from which the first device is pliantly suspended, the method comprising:
- suspending the first device from the second device with a torsional flexure disposed between the first and second devices; and
exerting a torsional force on said torsional flexure to rotate the first device relative to the second device.
