A suture anchor allowing the fixation of soft tissues against a bone which includes a monobloc hollow body (2) having expansion means (6, 7) which, under the effect of a first external tractive force (T) for the fixation of the suture anchor to the bone, are limited by stop means (14) in a plastic deformation, and the deformation of said expansion means (6, 7) being reversible by an external thrust force (P) applied thereto, which allows the removal of the suture anchor from the bone.
