  • a transmitting unit to generate the first signal transmitted to the remote device;

    a receiving unit to receive the second signal transmitted from the remote device, to output remote modulation variation information included in the second signal, and to generate link quality information corresponding to the second signal; and

    a control unit to generate a modulation change command packet instructing the remote device to change to a first quadrature amplitude modulation index corresponding to the link quality information, and to variably control the generation of the first signal by the transmitting unit according to the remote modulation variation information output from the receiving unit.
