Abstract

A self-directed transaction processing system for controlling data flow and regulating data transfer among multiple computing devices, wherein said computing devices comprising a predictor means for predicting the forthcoming subject of interest for a particular user/application according to the selection, correlation, and/or interpretation of the past history of individual work flow and/or data entry of said user/application, said system further allow said computing devices to proceed searching and retrieving relevant information from remote or local database/transaction information source and forwarding to said user/application.

Claims

1. A improved information processing system for directing information request from a particular user/application to a network, said network further searching a single or plurality of information resources and regulating information transfer from an identified information resource to said particular user/application, wherein said system predict subject of interest for said particular user/application according to selection, correlation, and/or interpretation of individual activity, behavior and/or information input of said particular user/application, said system direct said network to proceed searching and retrieving relevant information from remote or local information resource including database/server and forwarding said relevant information to said user/application, said system comprising:

a single or plurality of computing devices, connect to said network and correspond with a single or plurality of user and/or applications;

interface means connecting to, or residing in said user/application and/or said network for acquiring information regarding said particular user and/or application'"'"'s subject of interest; and

database means connecting to said interface means for establishing, organizing, and/or updating information regarding said particular user and/or application'"'"'s subject of interest.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 1, said database means further including an accumulator means for collecting, analyzing and/or correlating past history record of said particular user and/or application'"'"'s subject of interest according to a collective set of reference samples from the past.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 2, said system further including prediction means connecting to said database means for deriving a set of information which may be of interest to said particular user and/or application at a collective set of reference point in the future.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 3, wherein said prediction means further includes confirmation means connecting to an interface means for seeking said particular user and/or application'"'"'s confirmation in finalizing and selecting a set of information for future interest for said particular user/application, prior to or at any one of said reference point in the future.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 3, said system further including search means for connecting to said prediction means for performing search function in order to locate the relevant information data corresponding to said subject of interest prior to or at any one of said reference point in the future.

6. A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 5, wherein said search means further includes a query means for fetching and retrieving said information/data for said user/application prior to or at any one of said reference point in the future.

7. A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 5, wherein said search means further includes an input means connecting to an interface means for receiving a query request from said user and/or application.

8. A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 5, wherein said search means further includes an output means connecting to said interface means for transfering said relevant information to said user/application.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 1, wherein said system can be further used for directing information request from a particular user/application to a network, said network further searching a single or plurality of information resources and regulating information transfer from an identified information resource to said particular user/application, wherein computing devices autonomously predict forthcoming knowledge required for said particular user.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 1, wherein said system can be further used for directing information request from a particular user/application to a network, said network further searching a single or plurality of information resources and regulating information transfer from an identified information resource to said particular user/application, wherein computing devices autonomously predict forthcoming information for said particular user/application.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 1, wherein said system can be further used for directing information request from a particular user/application to a network, said network further searching a single or plurality of information resources and regulating information transfer from an identified information resource to said particular user/application, wherein computing devices predict forthcoming work flow or activity for said particular user/application.

12. A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 1, wherein said database system further includes storage or memory devices.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 1, said system can be further used for the self-directed information and/or knowledge processing for controlling of information flow and regulating information transfer for multiple computing devices, wherein said information and/or knowledge are particular to a selective set of subjects of interest for user, application, and/or network environment, said system further comprising means for representing and executing said information and/or knowledge as a selective set of transactions.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 13, wherein said computing devices autonomously predicting the forthcoming subject of interest for particular user/application according to the selection, interpretation, and/or correlation of the past history of individual work flow and/or data entry of said user/application.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 14, wherein said system further allow said computing devices to confirm said interest with said user/application and to proceed searching and retrieving relevant information from remote or local database/transaction information source and forwarding to said user/application.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 14, wherein said system further directly proceed searching and retrieving relevant information from remote or local database/transaction information source and forwarding to said user/application without confirmation or intervention of said interest with said user/application.

A improved information processing system for directing information request from a particular user/application to a network, said network further searching a single or plurality of information resources and regulating information transfer from said identified information resource to said particular user/application, wherein said system predict subject of interest for said particular user/application according to selection, correlation, and/or interpretation of individual activity, behavior and/or information input of said particular user/application, said system direct said network to proceed searching and retrieving relevant information from remote or local information resource including database/server and forwarding said relevant information to said user/application, said system comprising:

a single or plurality of computing devices, each of said computing device connect to said network and correspond with a single or plurality of user and/or applications;

interface means connecting to, or residing in said user/application and/or said network for acquiring information regarding said particular user and/or application'"'"'s subject of interest; and

database means connecting to said interface means for establishing, organizing, and/or updating information regarding said particular user and/or application'"'"'s subject of interest.

prediction means connecting to said database means for collecting, analyzing and correlating past history record of particular user and/or application interest and deriving a potential set of new information which may be of interest to said particular user and/or applications, said means further comprises confirmation means connecting to said interface means for seeking user and/or application'"'"'s confirmation in finalizing and selecting a desired set of information for future interest;

search means for connecting to said prediction means for performing search function in order to locate the relevant information data corresponding to said subject of interest, said means further comprising a query mean for fetching and retrieving said information/data; and

input/output means connecting to said search means and interface means wherein input means receives query request form said user and/or application, output means then query, fetch and retrieve said information/data, output means further transfer said information/data to said interface means.

A improved information processing system in accordance with claim 17 can be further used for the self-directed information and/or knowledge processing for directing information and/or knowledge request from a particular user/application to a network, said network further searching a single or plurality of information resources and regulating information transfer from said identified information resource to said particular user/application, wherein said information and/or knowledge are particular to a selective set of subjects of interest for user, application, and/or network environment, said system further comprising means for representing and executing said information and/or knowledge as a selective set of transactions, accordingly, said computing devices autonomously predicting the forthcoming subject of interest for particular user/application according to the selection, interpretation, and/or correlation of the past history of individual work flow and/or data entry of said user/application, said system further allowing said computing devices to confirm said interest with said user/application and to proceed searching and retrieving relevant information from remote or local database/transaction information source and forwarding to said user/application.
