the program having computer readable program instructions embodied therein, which instructions cause a computer to dispatch the machine-generated text to various key-in stations using stored key-in station characteristic parameters to reduce key-in cost, and to learn the key-in stations'"'"' characteristics and tune said key-in station characteristic parameters on-line, thereby to adjust for variation in working conditions.
