Abstract
A control method comprises the steps of: selectively supplying fuel gas to some cylinders (4) of an engine (2) on the basis of the power required from it; selecting the quantity of fuel gas supplied to each of the cylinders (4); and selecting, in successive engines cycles, different cylinders (4) to supply with fuel gas according to a predetermined scheme of rotation.
