1. A method for identifying connotative meaning of a plurality of data records, each record corresponding to a term and a specific denotative context for said term, the method comprising the steps of:

  • evaluating, multiple times, each one record of the plurality of records for a connotative association with each one of a plurality of predefined emotional descriptors within each one of a plurality of predefined emotional categories to achieve multiple samples of connotative association data for said each one record;

    identifying any statistically significant connotative associations for each one record of the plurality of records based upon said multiple samples of connotative association data, wherein the identified statistically significant connotative associations are said identified connotative meanings.
