Abstract

Various molecules associated with cancer are disclosed. The invention also discloses diagnostic and therapeutic methods based upon these molecules.

Claims

1. An isolated nucleic acid molecule selected from the group consisting of:

(a) nucleic acid molecules which comprise a nucleotide sequence, the complementary sequence of which hybridizes, under stringent conditions, to at least one second nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of the nucleotide sequences set forth as SEQ ID NOs;

8-18, and which encode a tumor associated antigen,

(b) nucleic acid molecules that differ from the nucleic acid molecules of (a) in codon sequence due to the degeneracy of the genetic code, and

(c) complements of (a) or (b).

2. An expression vector comprising the isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 1, operably linked to a promoter.

3. A cell line or cell strain comprising the isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 1.

4. A cell line or cell strain comprising the expression vector of claim 2.

5. The isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 1, which comprises a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of the nucleotide sequences set forth as SEQ ID NOs:
