1. A display driver integrated circuit module, comprising:
- a flexible base film having non-intersecting interconnecting wiring with a plurality of signal input terminals and a plurality of signal output terminals, where the signal output terminals are electrically connected to a liquid crystal panel; and
a plurality of driver integrated circuits mounted on the flexible base film where each of the driver integrated circuit has a plurality of input/output pads electrically connected to the non-intersecting interconnecting wiring and the input pads electrically connected to the corresponding input pads of another driver integrated circuit, wherein the input pads are alternately formed on opposite sides of the driver integrated circuit with input pads on one side of the driver integrated circuit electrically connected to the corresponding input pads on the same side of another driver integrated circuit by the non-intersecting interconnecting wiring on the flexible base film.

Abstract
Driver integrated circuits (ICs) are mounted on a flexible base film and electrically connected to it to form a display driver IC module. The display driver IC module is applicable to a liquid crystal module assembly. The flexible base film has an interconnecting wiring fabricated on it. Each driver IC is mounted to the flexible base film, and having a plurality of input/output pads electrically connected to the interconnecting wiring. Each driver IC is electrically connected to the corresponding input/output pads of the other driver ICs through the interconnecting wiring on the flexible base film.

a flexible base film having non-intersecting interconnecting wiring with a plurality of signal input terminals and a plurality of signal output terminals, where the signal output terminals are electrically connected to a liquid crystal panel; and

5. A liquid crystal module, comprising:

a display driver integrated circuit module, further comprising;
a flexible base film having non-intersecting interconnecting wiring with a plurality of signal input terminals and a plurality of signal output terminals;
a plurality of driver integrated circuits mounted on the flexible base film where each of the driver integrated circuit has a plurality of input/output pads electrically connected to the non-intersecting interconnecting wiring and the input pads electrically connected to the corresponding input pads of another driver integrated circuit, wherein the input pads are alternately formed on opposite sides of the driver integrated circuit with input pads on one side of the driver integrated circuit electrically connected to the corresponding input pads on the same side of another driver integrated circuit by the non-intersecting interconnecting wiring on the flexible base film; and

a plurality of driver integrated circuits mounted on the flexible base film, wherein each of the driver integrated circuit has a plurality of input/output pads electrically connected to the nonintersecting interconnecting wiring, the input pads electrically connected to the corresponding input pads of another driver integrated circuit, and inner-connecting wiring formed on the driver integrated circuits, which electrically connect the input pads of the driver integrated circuit to the corresponding input pads of the same driver integrated circuit.

a display driver integrated circuit module, further comprising;
a flexible base film having non-intersecting interconnecting wiring with a plurality of signal input terminals and a plurality of signal output terminals;
a plurality of driver integrated circuits mounted on the flexible base film, wherein each of the driver integrated circuit has a plurality of imput/output pads electrically connected to the non-intersecting interconnecting wiring, the input pads electrically connected to the corresponding input pads of another driver integrated circuit, and inner-connecting wiring formed on the driver integrated circuits, which electrically connect the input pads of the driver integrated circuit to the corresponding input pads of the same driver integrated circuit; and
a liquid crystal panel where the signal output terminals of the flexible base film are electrically connected to an edge of the liquid crystal panel.
