A fluorescent composition comprising a fluorescent substance in the form of ultra-microparticles capable of emitting a fluorescent light of a wavelength different from that of an exciting light and having an average particle size smaller than the wavelength of the maximum intensity of the fluorescent light, a binder transparent to both of the exciting light and the fluorescent light, and a solvent, wherein the fluorescent substance is comprised of an organic metallic compound comprising as an optically active element, at least Nd.

A fluorescent composition comprising a fluorescent substance in the form of ultra-microparticles capable of emitting a fluorescent light of a wavelength different from that of an exciting light and having an average particle size smaller than the wavelength of the maximum intensity of the fluorescent light, a binder transparent to both of the exciting light and the fluorescent light, and a solvent, wherein the fluorescent substance is comprised of an organic metallic compound comprising as an optically active element, at least Nd.

A fluorescent composition comprising a fluorescent substance in the form of ultra-microparticles capable of emitting a fluorescent light of a wavelength different from that of an exciting light and having an average particle size smaller than the wavelength of the maximum intensity of the fluorescent light, a binder transparent to both of the exciting light and the fluorescent light, and solvent, wherein the fluorescent substance is comprised of an organic metallic compound which is at least one organic material selected from the group consisting of neodymium cinnamate, complex salt of cinnamic acid with neodymium and ytterbium, complex salt of benzoic acid with neodymium and ytterbium, neodymium naphthoate, and complex salt of naphthoic acid with neodymium and ytterbium.
