1. A base station apparatus for communicating with a mobile station apparatus which changes transmission power at the beginning of first pilot data after reception of transmission power control data on downlink and which provides a predetermined offset to transmit a slot on uplink based on the reception timing on downlink, the base station apparatus comprising:

  • a reception section th at receives the slot on uplink from the mobile station apparatus;

    a transmission section that transmits a frame having a plurality of slots where, in at least one of said slots, transmission power control data and pilot data are arranged separated from each other by an amount taking into account a propagation delay on downlink, a processing delay required to generate transmission power control data in the mobile station apparatus, a propagation delay on uplink, and a processing delay required to generate the transmission power control data in the base station apparatus; and

    a transmission control section that changes transmission power at the beginning of next pilot data on downlink after reception of the transmission power control data on uplink, and that performs transmission power control to the mobile station apparatus within one-slot delay.
