1. A flux cored wire for welding a ferrite stainless steel with the flux filled within a mild steel sheath, consisting essentially of in weight %:

  • 0.04% or less of C, 0.1˜

    1.0% of Si, 0.1˜

    1.0% of Mn, 0.02% or less of P, 0.02% or less of S, 10˜

    25% of Cr, 0.3˜

    1.5% of Ti+Nb, 0.04% or less of N, 0.04% or less of O, and a balance of Fe and other unavoidable impurities, wherein a value defined by [(O+N)×

    Cr] is 0.8 or less.
