a cathode slurry, comprised of;
about 60% to about 70% by weight manganese dioxide, about 5% to about 10% by weight carbon, and about 25% to about 35% by weight of an electrolyte consisting essentially of ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate and triflate salt.

about 25% to about 35% by weight of an electrolyte, said electrolyte comprised of;

a lithium-containing anode; and
a cathode slurry, comprised of;
a mixture of about 60% to about 70% by weight of a dry heated metal oxide powder and about 5% to about 10% by weight of dry heated carbon powder, said metal oxide powder and carbon powder mixture having an initial moisture content of less than 200 ppm, and about 25% to about 35% by weight of an electrolyte consisting essentially of ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate and triflate salt.
