- a bed having a foot end and a head end that moves relative to the foot end, a voice recognition communication and control device including an arm and a voice recognition communication and control module, the arm having a first portion coupled to the module and a second portion coupled to the head end of the bed so that the voice recognition communication and control module and arm move with the head end of the bed and can be moved relative to the head end of the bed.
