the mask is formed from a material that is relatively rigid compared to the elastomeric material of the insert, the insert includes a groove around a periphery of the insert, the groove being adapted to locate the insert against a correspondingly sized rim of the first venting orifice, a size of first side of the orifice is different from a size of the second side of the orifice, the first side of the orifice being larger than the second side of the orifice, a portion of the orifice between the first and second sides varying in size along a length thereof, and the mask has a first thickness adjacent the mask orifice that is less than a second thickness of the insert. - View Dependent Claims (76)
