1. An intraluminal graft comprising:

  • (1) a tubular graft body, said tubular graft body having a tubular shape extending along a cylindrical axis from a tubular graft body first end to a tubular graft body second end, said tubular graft body having a tubular graft body length defined by a distance between said tubular graft body first end and said tubular graft body second end;

    (2) a plurality of wires spaced apart from one another;

    (3) wherein said plurality of wires are arranged relative to said tubular graft body to circumferentially reinforce said tubular graft body along a substantial portion of its length;

    (4) said tubular graft body has a body surface comprising an inner surface region and an outer surface region, material forming said tubular graft body is between said inner surface region and said outer surface region, said inner surface region defines an interior space inside of said inner surface region, and said outer surface region defines an exterior space exterior to said outer surface region;

    (5) said body surface defines a plurality of apertures extending from said exterior space to said interior space;

    (6) a first wire of said plurality of wires comprises a first wire portion and a second wire portion;

    (7) said first wire extends through one of said plurality of apertures;

    (8) said first wire portion is in said interior space; and

    (9) said second wire portion is in said exterior space.
