1. A method of using an ocular treatment apparatus wherein the ocular treatment apparatus comprises an inner housing member for engaging and retracting an eyelid in an open position and fixing an eyeball in spot, and an outer housing member for contacting to a bony orbit surrounding said eyeball, the outer housing member being adjustable in relation to the inner housing member, the method comprising the steps of:

  • adjusting the outer housing member in relation to the inner housing member such that the inner housing member engages the eyelid and fixes the eyeball in spot, while the outer housing member rests against the bony orbit maintaining the position of the inner housing member over the eye, exposing an anterior surface of the eyeball;

    locating the ocular treatment apparatus over the eyeball; and

    viewing the anterior surface of the eyeball exposed by the ocular treatment apparatus.
