1. A suspension device for surgically treating prolapse and urinary incontinence in an elderly woman, comprising:

  • at least one filiform suspension cord, made of nonabsorbable material and with limited elasticity, and at least two anchoring parts connected to ends of the at least one cord;

    wherein said anchoring parts are made of sheet material, having a flexible and openworked structure, capable of adapting to the configuration of implantation walls, and wherein said anchoring parts are intended to be fixed to said walls and then to be incorporated in said walls by regrowth of tissue through said anchoring parts.
