1. A device for use by an authorized person having an unique biometric parameter to obtain information for use in accessing a secured site, the device comprising:

  • (a) a portable body member;

    (b) a biometric interface unit engaged with said portable body member;

    (c) biometric circuitry adapted to generate and store an initialized biometric template upon presentment of the person'"'"'s unique biometric parameter to said biometric interface unit;

    said biometric circuitry being further adapted to generate a second biometric template upon subsequent presentment of the person'"'"'s unique biometric parameter to said biometric interface unit;

    (d) compare circuitry adapted to generate an first signal indicative that said second biometric template is substantially identical to said initialized biometric template;

    (e) a storage device;

    (f) password circuitry adapted to generate a password in response to said first signal from said compare circuitry, said password circuitry being adapted to store said password in said storage device; and

    (g) pager circuitry adapted to receive a signal from the secure site indicative that access has been attempted using said password and to generate an audible tone in response to said signal from said secure site.
