- a perforated outer tube; and
an inner tube disposed within the outer tube, the inner tube being open at a first distal end thereof, and connectable at a second opposite end to a source of suction, the outer tube having a cross-section including at least one substantially flat surface adapted to rest against an organ within the body cavity.
