1. A port for temporary placement into an ostomy of a user, for use with an ostomy irrigation/drainage system, the port comprising:

  • an adjusting cone to permit selective sizing to accommodate the anatomy of a user, and an elongated substantially tubular body having a first end and a second end, the first end being selectively releasably interconnectable to a tube connector set of the system and the second end being insertable into a stoma, to thereby permit controlled fluid introduction to or removal from the ostomy of the user, and further wherein the adjusting cone interfaces with the elongated tubular body, such that the port is longitudinally adjustable, to thereby permit selective sizing to accommodate the anatomy and stoma size of a particular user.
