- a placement element having a distal end;
a tissue separation device extendable from the distal end, the device comprising;
at least one longitudinally extending, radially expandable and rotatable tissue separating element capable of forming a cutting path through tissue and separating a tissue section from surrounding tissue;
a tubular braided element having a proximal end and a distal, open outer end, the open outer end being longitudinally extendable along the cutting path;
when the proximal end of the tubular braided element is pushed distally to entrap a separated tissue section therein.
