1. A satellite communication system, for use with a satellite and an integrated information communication system (ICS), wherein the ICS comprises:
- a unique ICS user address system for providing addressing of ICS user frames;
an ICS network address system for providing addressing of ICS network packets according to ICS network address system rules;
an access control apparatus having a conversion table including transmitting ICS network addresses, sender ICS user addresses, receiving ICS network addresses, and receiver ICS user addresses;
a further access control apparatus also including the conversion table;
first means for converting an ICS user frame into an ICS network packet, having an ICS network address, based on an administration of the conversion table provided within the access control apparatus;
second means for converting the ICS network packet into an ICS user frame based on an administration of the conversion table provided within the further access control apparatus when the ICS network packet is transmitted over at least one value added network, which follows the ICS network address system rules, to the further access control apparatus;
said satellite communication system comprising;
a satellite service IP (internet protocol) terminal;
a data-providing IP terminal operable to send data to said satellite IP terminal via the ICS;
a user IP terminal operable to initiate full duplex communication by sending an inquiry to said data-providing IP terminal via the ICS;
wherein said data-providing IP terminal is operable to send a transmission instruction to said satellite IP terminal via the ICS, and said satellite IP terminal is operable, in response to the transmission instruction, to emit the data in such a manner as to be receivable and re-transmittable by the satellite; and
a user satellite receiver operable to receive the data from the satellite.

Abstract
To provide an integrated information communication system without using dedicated lines or the Internet, ensuring communication speed, communication quality, communication trouble countermeasures in a unified manner, wherein security and reliability in communication is ensured. The system is comprised of an access control apparatus for connecting a plurality of computer communication networks or information communication equipment to each, and a relay device for networking the aforementioned access control apparatus, the system having functions for performing routing by transferring information by a unified address system, and is configured such that the aforementioned plurality of computer communication networks or information communication equipment can perform communications in an interactive manner.

said satellite communication system comprising;
a satellite service IP (internet protocol) terminal;
a user IP terminal;
a data-providing IP terminal operable to;
send data to said satellite IP terminal via the ICS;
initiate full duplex communication by sending a transmission notification packet to said user IP terminal via the ICS; and
send a transmission instruction to said satellite IP terminal via the ICS;
wherein said satellite IP terminal is operable, in response to the transmission instruction, to emit the data in such a manner as to be receivable and re-transmittable by the satellite; and

a local area network including at least one gateway device connected to said first user logic communication line, said local area network being connected to said access control apparatus via said gateway device and said first user logic communication line;
an ICS network server connected to said access control device; and
a virtual dedicated line connected to said gateway device of said local area network via said second user logic communication line;
wherein said local area network is operable to conduct inter-corporation communication, intra-corporation communication, and ICS network server communication over said ICS via said gateway device and said first and second user communication lines.

a plurality of concerned ICS servers, each being operable to allot ICS user addresses, ICS network addresses, and ICS names; and

said ICS operator is operable to provide an instruction to said integrated conversion table server, said integrated conversion table server is operable, based on the instruction from said ICS operator, to provide an instruction to said user service server in said server device to rewrite information in said user database, and said user service server in said server device is operable, based on the instruction from said integrated conversion table server, to rewrite information in said user database and to provide a report to said integrated conversion table server.

first means for converting an ICS user packet into an ICS network packet, having an ICS network address, based on an administration of said conversion table provided within said access control apparatus; and
second means for converting the ICS network packet into an ICS user packet based on an administration of said conversion table provided within said further access control apparatus when the ICS network packet is transmitted over at least one value added network, which follows the ICS network address system rules, to said further access control apparatus.

second means for converting the ICS network packet into an ICS user packet based on an administration of said conversion table provided within said further access control apparatus when the ICS network packet is transmitted over at least one value added network, which follows the ICS network address system rules, to said further access control apparatus;
a roaming terminal; and

a first radio receiver/transmitter connected with said access control apparatus operable to convert inner information of an ICS user packet to a radio type ICS user packet, transmit the radio type ICS user packet, and reversely convert a received radio type ICS user packet to inner information, and to communicate via said ICS with a second radio receiver/transmitter having the same functions as said first radio receiver/transmitter.

An integrated information communication system(ICS), wherein an external ICS user frame having a unique ICS user address system ADX is converted into an internal ICS network frame having an ICS network address system ADS based on an administration of a conversion table in an access control apparatus, said ICS network frame comprises a network control field and a network data field, said network control field stores address according to said ICS network address system ADS, said ICS network data field includes said ICS user frame, said ICS network frame is transferred inside according to a rule of said ICS network address system ADS, and said ICS user frame is restored from said ICS network frame and then is transferred into an external information communication equipment;

characterized by that an internal address system is defined regardless of an external address system, said ICS network address is allotted to an ICS logic terminal, a receiving ICS network address is registered as records of said conversion table so as to be equally settled when a set of an ICS logic terminal discriminating information, a sender ICS user address and a receiver ICS user address is settled, said ICS user frame is converted into said ICS network frame when the registration to the records of said conversion table is found out for a discriminating information of the ICS logic terminal inputted by said ICS user frame, a sender ICS user address in said ICS user frame and said receiver ICS user address, and a conversion table server prepares a conversion table new item including ICS network address and ICS user address obtained by inquiring to a domain name server based on ICS domain name.

- and characterized by that an internal address system is defined regardless of an external address system, said ICS network address is allotted to an ICS logic terminal, a receiving ICS network address is registered as records of said conversion table so as to be equally settled when a set of an ICS logic terminal discriminating information, a sender ICS user address and a receiver ICS user address is settled, said ICS user frame is converted into said ICS network frame when the registration to the records of said conversion table is found out for a discriminating information of the ICS logic terminal inputted by said ICS user frame, a sender ICS user address in said ICS user frame and said receiver ICS user address, a conversion table server prepares a conversion table new item including ICS network address and ICS user address obtained by inquiring to a domain name server based on ICS domain name, and further said conversion table server registers said conversion table new item in said conversion table.

An integrated information communication system(ICS) including two or more access control apparatuses, wherein a sending ICS user frame inputs from an ICS logic terminal of a user communication line end and becomes to an ICS network frame at an access control apparatus of sending side, said ICS network frame is transferred within said integrated information communication system and then reaches at an access control apparatus of receiving side, said ICS network frame receives an ICS user frame of a function and a radio method type which send an internal information of an ICS user frame by converting the internal information into a radio type ICS user frame at the access control apparatus of receiving side, a first radio transmitter/receiver having a function inverse-converting into the internal information of the ICS user frame is connected with the access control apparatus, and a communication is carried out between said first radio transmitter/ receiver and an IP terminal including a second radio transmitter/receiver having the same function.

An integrated information communication system(ICS) including two or more access control apparatuses, wherein a sending ICS user frame inputs from an ICS logic terminal of a user communication line end and becomes to an ICS network frame at an access control apparatus of sending side, said ICS network frame is transferred within said integrated information communication system and then reaches at an access control apparatus of receiving side, and said ICS network frame is restored as said ICS user frame at said access control apparatus of receiving side;
characterized by that an ICS domain name of a receiver is provided from an external IP terminal to a conversion table server existing within said integrated information communication system, said conversion table server inquires to a domain name server and then obtains address of a receiver corresponding to said ICS domain name, and said conversion table server rewrites said conversion table.
