1. A wheel having an illuminating device, comprising:

  • an illuminating assembly comprising a first ring and a coil mounted to an outer periphery of said first ring, an isolation member covered onto said coil, two positioning rings engaged with two sides of said first ring and a plurality of illuminating items connected to said positioning rings and wired with said coil;

    a ring-shaped magnet having a central hole and two flexible bushes respectively engaged with said central hole from two sides of said ring-shaped magnet, said ring-shaped magnet located between two bearings, and two wheel frames each having a second hole and said illuminating assembly positioned between said two wheel frames, said two bearings received in said two second holes of said wheel frames, a shaft extending through said two flexible bushes, at least one of said wheel frames having apertures defined therethrough so that said illuminating items inserted into said apertures.
