1. A multiband radio antenna, for use in cellular telecommunications, including several first, several second and several third active radiating elements which operate in three respective different frequency bands,wherein said antenna has a structure which is periodic along a longitudinal axis;

  • wherein, in each module of a plurality of modules of said structure, a first radiating element is placed at a center of a quadrilateral, two adjoining vertices of which are each occupied by one of said second radiating elements, and the other two vertices of which are each occupied by one of said third radiating elements; and

    wherein respective radiating elements are aligned in three rows which are parallel to said longitudinal axis of said antenna, and which correspond to said three respective different frequency bands.
