    C certified food color additive colorant, a water soluble hydroxyalkyl cellulose polymer and a starch, said dried film then being cut or punched into various attractive shapes, including hearts, stars, diamonds, and circles, said shaped flakes having a particle size of 0.01 to 0.50 inches.
