a second coupling member fitted to said body adjacent the second end, said second coupling member configured to releasably secure a fiber optic cable to the second end of said body; and

a second coupling member fitted to said body adjacent the second end, said second coupling member configured to releasably secure a fiber optic cable to the second end of said body; and
