1. A method of communicating one or more telecommunication call records requested through a court order to a first predetermined account in response to the court ordered request, comprising:

  • automatically activating a surveillance of the one or more call records in a call records database in response to receiving a formatted message in a second predetermined account, wherein the formatted message is based upon the court-ordered request;

    at predetermined scheduled intervals, identifying one or more call records in a call records database in accordance with the court-ordered request;

    retrieving the identified one or more call records from the database; and

    transmitting the one or more retrieved call records to the first predetermined account.
