Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.

Claims

1. An isolated polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:

2 or SEQ ID NO;

2. A substantially isolated protein having the kinase activity of the protein shown in SEQ ID NO:

2, which is encoded by a nucleotide sequence that hybridizes to SEQ ID NO;

1 under highly stringent conditions.

3. The substantially isolated protein of claim 2, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:

4. A substantially isolated protein having the kinase activity of the protein shown in SEQ ID NO:

4, which is encoded by a nucleotide sequence that hybridizes to SEQ ID NO;
